Cancellation

  1. In event, you want to cancel your order(s), which has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on Customercare@lifafab.com or whatsapp on +91 8009900448. (During Business days between 10 AM to 5 PM). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and we will initiate a refund, if payment mode is online, within 4-7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
  2. In event, you place your order and due to some reason whether unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason, we are not able to ship the product, your order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to you within 4-7 business days.

 

Return

We offer you the options of replacement or refund as part of our Return Policy. If goods delivered to you are defective, damaged, some products missing, or wrong product(s) delivered, or delivered late from the stated delivery period then you need to contact our customer support team along with your “packaging opening video”, within 7(seven) days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the replacement or refund.

We will pick up the product(s) within 3-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the product(s) are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

We reserve and retain the right to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification we will either replace the product to the Use, subject to availability of the stock or refund the money to the User. If the product is unavailable in stock, then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the User through registered email.

In case the returned product is not defective/damaged, then the User will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. User will have to bear the shipment charges for such replaced/reshipped product.

Correct Product

Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged

For Online Refund

  1. In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (credit card/net banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer’s card account from which amount was paid.
  2. Refund will be done within 4-7 working days from the date of request of refund.
  3. For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.

For Offline Refund

  1. In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the refund will be through cheque or to the bank account details provided to us.
  2. Refund will be done within 4-7 working days from the date of request of refund.

In case of refund through cheque, the refund cheque will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.

In event of refund, whether online or offline, the User shall not be refunded delivery charges paid on the order.
